Missed the toppings we paid for, didn't do stuff crust we paid for, and then didn't answer the phone for 2 days! When we called. Not the first time we've had an issue with them. Previously they didn't deliver for 2 hours! We had to phone and remind them we ordered... Won't be ordering from them again and will be sharing my story.

Ordered at 21:40. The delivery time was supposed to be 22:20, they kept pushing it further and further until randomly marking ‘delivered’. The food never arrived. Didn’t receive a single call/notification about any cancellation. They left us waiting for nothing. Could’ve at least called and let us know. Had to order from somewhere else at 00:00.

Unfortunately no care taken in making the tuna pizza. We asked for thin crust we got deep pan. Onions were put on the tomato base sauce...which was too much and did not cook properly..giving the pizza a raw tomato smell you are supposed to put onions between thin layers of cheese...and spread them out. The chicken topping used was smelly/ not fresh at all. If a particular ingredient is not fresh what stops people from discussing an alternative? Instead of taking the risk of losing a customer. No garlic sauce provided with chicken bites. Looks like a new person made my pizza!! Margherita pizza was ok . I only had 1 slice of the tuna pizza..!! Disappointed!!

Very poor experience. Delivery slow. Misled as to delivery time on numerous occasions. On previous occasions the pizza was cold, now I know why: it seems that pizza sits waiting for delivery drivers, or in their car for over 40 minutes.

No food and no response from website cancel order. Despite Raphael’s informing the website to do this. Waited 50 mins before contacted restaurant to be told they had oven problems Then it will take 5-10 days for a refund. The fault clearly lies with the website who knew the restaurant’s situation. I’d be reluctant to use that site again.

It was my first experience ordering delivery. the food was hot,fresh and tasty. Delivery was on time and the pricing was reasonable. I will surely order again.

Really amazing experience they were so nice and kind food super affordable and delicious. Stores like this need to be supported more especially offering affordable food during a recession in an expensive area surrounding Moseley. 10/10 👍🏻

Lovely pizza and crispy fries. Good portion. Great price. Good to bring to local pub Prince of Wales. Very friendly service.
